Idris' Story Telling Chair

£1,250
Our enormous Story Telling Chair named after Idris Gawr, the king of Meirionnydd in early medieval times. Gawr, meaning Giant, it was said that he was so big that he could sit on top of Cadair Idris (Idris' Chair) to watch over his whole kingdom.

The frame of these giant rustic chairs is made from either reclaimed fence posts, barn beams, driftwood or so-called 'bone oak'. The seat and backrest are made from salvaged wood or trees we have taken to the sawmill and planked ourselves.
